It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3GB or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R100.00 payable by proof of deposit , cash or bank guaranteed cheque is required on collection of
the Tender documents.
A non-refundable fee of R 100.00 is payable to a cashier at Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality SCM, Cnr Oval Drive & Church Street,

050116, Branch Electronic payment Code 051001, Reference – Tender Number. Proof of payment will be required for the collection of
tender documents. Documents may be collected during working hours after 07:30 AM till 15:00 PM on Monday 11 September 2023.
The bid Number is to be used as a payment reference with the name of the payee.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Municipal Offices, 42 Wehmeyer Street,
Willowmore on 14 September 2023 starting at 14h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
