Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to secure a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and professionally install a comprehensive closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance system across designated facilities within the National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS) Green Point Complex. Scope

The project covers the complete end-to-end execution of CCTV deployment across five specific structures within the complex: Blocks A, C, D, F, and L. The contractor's responsibilities include:

• Procurement and delivery of all specified cameras, recording units, cabling, switches, and mounting hardware
• Physical installation, wiring, and system configuration
• Testing, commissioning, and handover of fully operational systems

Technical Requirements

All deliverables must strictly adhere to the technical specifications, performance benchmarks, and integration protocols outlined in the tender's Scope of Work.
