It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1. Attendance at a Compulsory Tender Briefing Session.
2. Eligibility In Terms of the Construction Industry Development Board (Cidb) Of 3 GB or higher.
3. Proof Of Registration with the National Home Builders’ Registration Council (Nhbrc).

Only tenderers who 3 GB or higher class of construction work. are eligible to submit tenders.
