Following registration on the CSD, potential service providers must also register on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank. CapeNature maintains a dual registration process that requires its suppliers to register on both the CSD and the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (provincial database) for procurement via the eProcurement System (ePS), also known as the Integrated Procurement Solution (IPS).
The primary objective of this tender is to secure a renewal of the licenses for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Sage Intacct Financial System for CapeNature, for a period of 24 months. The renewal aims to ensure continued access to the Sage Intacct system, including various modules and services necessary for financial management, inventory, project tracking, and related platform services.
