NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DURBAN INVITES TENDERS FOR SERVICE, REPAIR, REPLACE AND SUPPLY
OF FIRE EQUIPMENT
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1 SF or Higher
Only tenderers who Submit SBD 3.1 - Pricing Schedule: Firm Price - Fully Completed.
Submit employed Technician or Artisan authorised and registered with SAQCC. Submission of their CV, Certified and Valid copy of
SAQCC Gas Card for Fire.
Submit references from previous clients, including contact details and a brief overview of the service provided above R320 000,00 in
the form of Award Letter or an Order and a Completion letter or Certificate.
The Department will not appoint a bidder that has been awarded 2 or more contracts or of similar services or similar nature within the
NDPWI - (Durban Regional Office) running con-currently (advertised & awarded between January & February 2026) for equity and fair
distribution of work amongst service providers.
Bidder to conduct site inspection for detailed overview of what to be done on site. Site Inspection or Site Visit Control Form to be
Completed, Stamped and Signed by Client Department for each site stipulated in the project title as proof of inspection conducted .
