The primary objective of this tender is to carry out sealing and painting of leaking roofs, replace gutters and downpipes, and replace and paint damaged gutters on 10 houses located in Thaba Tshwane. The aim is to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic improvement of the properties through these repairs and maintenance works.
