Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure security services for Blouberg Local Municipality over a period of 36 months. The services aim to ensure the safety and security of municipal assets, personnel, and facilities across various clusters within the municipality.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of security services for multiple project clusters (A, B, C, and others) under different project numbers (e.g., BM21/25/26, BM20/25/26, BM19/25/26, BM18/25/26). Each cluster involves security operations over a three-year period, with specific locations and venues such as stadiums where the services will be rendered.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of comprehensive security services tailored to the needs of each cluster.
• Adherence to evaluation criteria, including achieving at least 70 out of 100 points on Functionality.
• Compliance with the 80/20 Preference Points System, allocating 20 points for price considerations.
• Participation in compulsory briefing sessions scheduled for April 2026, at designated times and venues.
• Submission of proposals by the closing date of 04 May 2026.
