• Submission Protocols: Strict compliance with prescribed procedures for sealing, addressing, physical delivery, opening, and evaluation. Emailed and late submissions will be rejected.
• Mandatory Site Meeting: Attendance at a compulsory clarification session at the Greytown Mortuary facility to clarify technical expectations and site access requirements.
