NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED
SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS AT
NHBRC ERIC MOLOBI HOUSE IN SOSHANGUVE.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who N/A.
Only tenderers who :
Submitted their responses/quotations in a tender box situated at Eric Molobi Innovation Hub, 1617 Juventos Street, Soshanguve A,
Block XX, Soshanguve together with the following documents:
- A summary quote on your company’s letterhead;
- A comprehensive CSD report;
- A completed RFQ/Tender Document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) in full;
- Proof of registration of the Technician with The South African Qualification & Certification Committee (SAQCC) Fire;
- Proof of SANS 1475 permit;
- Proof of registration of the company with one of the following accredited bodies: BSI, SABS or SACAS, as approved by Department of
Labour;
- Valid proof of registration with CIDB on grading designation of 1SF or higher (attach proof); and
- Are registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded to a tenderer for the specific goal specified for the RFQ.

Street, Soshanguve A, Block XX, Soshanguve, Tshwane, Gauteng. on 04 December 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, December 12, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
