FLAVIUS MAREKA TVET COLLEGE INVITES TENDERS FOR SUPPY AND INSTALL AIR CONDITIONERS, INCLUDING COPPER
PIPES, BENDS AND OTHER RELEVANT FITTINGS AT THE SASOLBURG, KROONSTAD AND MPHOHADI CAMPUSES
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3ME or higher.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
2.Non-refundable tender document fee is payable as a deposit to: Account name - Flavius Mareka TVET College, Bank – ABSA,
Account number – 520153306, Branch – Sasolburg, Branch Code – 632005, Account type – Current account. Use tender number as
reference number. (For eg. T01Companyname). Take note – NO CASH PAYMENTS.
3.Hard copies of the tender documents will be available as from Monday, 24 July 2023 until Thursday, 10 August 2023 at Me C
Tsoabisi, room T31, Flavius Mareka TVET College Central Office, C/O Fichardt Street and Bell Street, Sasolburg, (next to ABSA bank)
at a non-refundable payment of R500.00 per bid. Documents can be picked up during office hours: Monday to Thursday, 9h00 to
16h00 and Friday, 9h00 to 12h30

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 01 August 2023 at 10:00 Start at Reception
area, Mphohadi, Kroonstad Then afterwardss proceed to Kroonstad campus, Bukes Street, Kroonstad At 13:00 conclude at
Sasolburg campus, Cnr Fraser Street and Hertzog Road, Sasolburg on 01 August 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, August 11, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
