Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and professional installation of a diesel injector for an 800 kVA emergency generator at uShaka Marine World. The work aims to ensure the generator's optimal performance by repairing, diagnosing, testing, and reporting, in accordance with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of one diesel injector compatible with Perkins DGDF6002 engine specifications.
• Installation and commissioning of the diesel injector on the 800 kVA emergency generator.
• Conducting repairs, diagnostics, testing, and reporting as necessary.
• Performing all work in accordance with OEM recommendations and relevant safety standards.
• Coordination with the HSE Department for remedial work and safety compliance.
