NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE
PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL EXTERNAL BRANDING AT THE NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL
(NHBRC) ERIC MOLOBI CENTRE IN SOSHANGUVE.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SK or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who N/A.
Only tenderers who :
Submitted their responses/quotations to [email protected] together with the following documents:
- A summary quote on your company’s letterhead;
- A comprehensive CSD report;
- A completed RFQ/Tender Document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) in full;
- Valid proof of registration with CIDB on grading designation of 1SK or higher;
- Proof of Valid COID Certificate issued by Department of Labour;
- Proof of One (1) years of experience in internal and external branding within the last five (5) years; and
- Are registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded to a tenderer for the specific goal specified for the RFQ.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at NHBRC Eric Molobi Offices, 1617 Juventos
Street, Soshanguve A, Block XX, Soshanguve, Tshwane, Gauteng. on 14 April 2025 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
