UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU NATAL INVITES TENDERS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF VRF AC SYSTEM- EDGEWOOD
CAMPUS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Have CIDB grading of 1 and 2 ME only.
Only tenderers who Have CIDB grading of 1 and 2 ME only. are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R100.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The compulsory bid returnables will be set out in the bid document.
Bid documents (available in English only) are obtainable from Thursday, 17 August 2023 until Wednesday, 23
August 2023 15h30 online by sending proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of R100 PER DOCUMENT to

No bid documents will be issued outside the timeframes indicated.
Documents must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. No facsimile or late bids will be
accepted. The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the
whole or part of any bid. If you are not contacted within 120 working days after the closing date of the
tender, consider your tender unsuccessful.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at MTB Building Edgewood Campus Outside
CMS-Office on 28 August 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, September 1, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
