STELLENBOSCH LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
CCTV/LPR CAMERA SYSTEMS INCLUDING THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BODYWORN CAMERAS AND REQUIRED
ACCESSORIES FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2028
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Class of Construction Works: 1CE or higher. (If intended to subcontract, the civil part of the
tender, CIDB grading of 1CE is required from the subcontractor. If not, subcontracted bidder must have a 1CE or higher).
Only tenderers who Eligibility Criteria will be stipulated within the tender document. are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R544.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender documents, in English, are available free of charge on the website: www.stellenbosch.gov.za. Alternatively, hard copies of the
document are obtainable from the offices of the Supply Chain Management Unit, Stellenbosch Municipality, Town House Complex, 1st
Floor, Plein Street, Stellenbosch, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
R 544.00 per document.
Note: The municipality will never contact you to pay money in exchange for the award of a tender.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, May 5, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
