Scope of Work

• Procurement and delivery of all aerosol fire suppression units, control panels, sensors, and ancillary components.
• Site preparation, mechanical mounting, electrical wiring, and system integration.
• Commissioning, functional testing, and performance validation in accordance with municipal specifications.
• Submission of as-built documentation, commissioning certificates, and operator training sessions.
• Provision of warranty coverage and post-installation support as stipulated in the contract.

Technical Requirements

• Contractor must hold a minimum CIDB contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
• All equipment must comply with relevant South African National Standards (SANS) for fire protection and electrical safety.
