SITE MEETING/ INFORMATION SESSION A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 17 February 2023 at10:00 at the Municipal Offices, Kommando Building, 04 Church Street, Robertson. ERRATUM: New compulsory clarification meeting of 07 March 2023at 11:00 at the Municipal Offices, Kommando Building, 04 Church Street, Robertson A map of the proposed project roads will be provided and prospectivetenderers can visit the sites after the meeting. Bidders that fail to attendthe compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified. A representativemay only represent one tenderer at this meeting. BID RULES Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation provided by the municipality and must remain valid for120 days after bid closing. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mailed or late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, only orany bid shall not necessarily be accepted and the Council reserves the right to accept any part of the bid.
