Technical Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate robust technical capacity to deliver and sustain security infrastructure and operations:

• Proven capability to install, configure, and maintain CCTV networks, access control systems, and central monitoring stations.
• Ability to provide rapid technical and operational response to system failures or security breaches.
• Compliance with municipal safety standards, data protection regulations, and interoperability with existing municipal IT/security frameworks.
