STELLENBOSCH LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR TENDER FOR B/SM 91/24: UPGRADING OF EXISTING
FLOODLIGHTS AT PNIEL AND IDASVALLEY SPORT FACILITIES
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3EP or 3CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 3EP and 3CE or higher;
Only tenderers who Eligibility will be stipulated within the tender document
3EP and 3CE or higher; are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R399.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender documents, in English, are available free of charge on the website: www.stellenbosch.gov.za. Alternatively, hard copies of the
document are obtainable from the offices of the Supply Chain Management Unit, Stellenbosch Municipality, Town House Complex, 1st
Floor, Plein Street, Stellenbosch, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R 399.00. per document.
Note: The municipality will never contact you to pay money in exchange for the award of a tender.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at in person at Stellenbosch Municipal Sport
Office (Address: 15 Simonsberg Road, Simonswyk, Stellenbosch, 7600. on 06 May 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, May 20, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
