KWADUKUZA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR ONLY TENDERERS WHO ARE REGISTERED WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD (CIDB) WITH A CONTRACTOR GRADING OF 7GB OR HIGHER ARE
ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A TENDER.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who •RDP criteria applied for this tender: Service providers who reside within the Republic of
South Africa will be considered. Proof of address by way of Municipal Utility bill or a proof of Address by the Ward Councillor (Special
KDM Format) of Affidavit from the Landlord to confirm locality must be provided with your bid
Only tenderers who •The specific goals criteria applied to this tender in terms of Section 2 (1)(d) and (e)of the Act is EME OR QSE or
Large Enterprise which are at least 51% owned by black people are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,517.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

Lavoipierre Building, 2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza on 07 July 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
