KWADUKUZA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR ONLY TENDERERS WHO ARE REGISTERED WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD (CIDB) WITH A CONTRACTOR GRADING OF 5CE OR HIGHER ARE
