SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL SPACE AGENCY INVITES TENDERS FOR TENDER PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF
GENERAL BUILDING WORKS FOR SANSA HERMANUS
FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. – RE-ADVERTISED
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4GB or higher.
Only tenderers who Bidders must provide a fully completed and signed Bid Document.

Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary report – Bidders must ensure that they have successfully registered on the CSD at the time
of submitting their bid with a complaint tax status– this does not apply to international bidders.

Bidders must provide proof of registration with the Department of Labour (DoL)

Valid CIDB registration of 4 GB or Higher

Proximity of the operational / contractor’s main office is to be within 130km (by road) to the development site at SANSA Hermanus.
Proof of location of contractor’s main office that will be handling the contract is to be provided. Please note that SANSA reserves the
right to visit this office to ensure its adequacy in handling a project of this magnitude in this geographic area.

Attendance of a compulsory site briefing session on 29 October 2025 at 11:00 are eligible to submit tenders.
Bid documents are obtainable for free from the SANSA Website (www.sansa.org.za), and the National Treasury e-tender portal
(http://www.etenders.gov.za).

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 1 Hospital street, Hermanus, 7200 on 29
October 2025 starting at 12h00.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
