CITY OF CAPE TOWN METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR TERM TENDER FOR REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE
AND UPGRADE OF RENTAL STOCK STAIRCASES REGION 1, 2, 3 AND 4 FOR THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who tender in accordance with the Preferential Regulations and the City of Cape Town’s Supply
Chain Management Policy (SCM Policy). Furthermore, in terms of these Regulations and SCM Policy, tenderers are required to meet
the HDI and/or RDP specific goals.
Only tenderers who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7GB or higher, are eligible to submit tenders. are eligible to submit
tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Documents may be collected during work hours after 08h30 on 2024/03/01

A clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at via Skype Business -- Link:
https://meet.capetown.gov.za/craig.moorgas/4GF18T21 on 12 March 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 10h00 on Friday, May 3, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
