UMGENI-UTHUKELA WATER INVITES TENDERS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR TO UNDERTAKE
CONSTRUCTION OF STEPHEN DLAMINI DAM
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 9CE.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 9CE
Only tenderers who Umngeni-uThukela Water will only consider submissions from tenderers who satisfy the following criteria:
a)The tenderer completed the Bidders Disclosure Form (T2.2.2)
b)Tenderers are required to achieve at least 35% Contract Participation Goals (CPG) including a minimum 25% for enterprises from
uMngeni-uThukela Water area of operation participation and 10% for Local participation of the value of goods, services and Works paid
to one or more enterprises (CPG Partner/s).
c)The Tenderer must have an active CIDB grading of 9CE

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Bulwer Hall and Public Library. on 23
September 2025 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
