Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a professional service provider responsible for acquiring water use licenses and water use license authorizations for 19 ERWAT Water Care Works over a period of three (3) years.

Scope

The scope includes the procurement of water use licenses and related authorizations necessary for the operation of 19 ERWAT Water Care Works. The service provider will manage the acquisition process throughout the three-year period, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications as approved by the ERWAT Bid Specification Committee.

Technical Requirements

• Participation in a compulsory online briefing session scheduled for Thursday, 18th June 2026 at 10h30.
• Registration for the briefing session via the provided Microsoft Teams link.
• Submission of bid documentation in the prescribed format, including all compulsory documents.
• Adherence to specifications approved by the ERWAT Bid Specification Committee.
• Compliance with ERWAT’s Supply Chain Management Policy, MFMA SCM Regulations, the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Regulations of 2022, and the General Conditions of Contract.
• Bid submissions must be sealed, clearly marked with the bid number and description, and delivered before the closing date and time.
