TENDERS FOR A TENDER FOR CATEGORY 4 CE OR HIGHER CIDB REGISTERED CONTRACTORS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are registered with CIDB for category 4 CE or higher
Only tenderers who adhere to the below mentioned requirements will be regarded as being responsive.
1. Attendance of the Compulsory Tender Clarification meeting
2. Form of Offer must be fully completed and signed by duly authorised person
3. Tampering with or taking apart the bound document is strictly prohibited
4. Corrections in terms of price must not be made by means of a correction fluid such as Tippex or similar product.
5. In the event of mistakes having been made on the Form of Offer, it must be crossed out in ink at each and every price alteration on
the form of offer and be accompanied by an initial at each and every price alteration.
6. Letter of authorisation to sign the Form of Offer and where required in tender document.
7. Letter of good standing from Department of Labour (COIDA)

Secondary School GPS Coordinates: 25°55'32.3"S 25°24'19.3"E on 27 November 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
