The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for designing and refurbishing the Cape Town Station Technical Workshop on a turnkey basis. The project aims to upgrade and modernize the workshop facilities to meet specified standards and operational requirements.
The scope of work includes the complete design and refurbishment of the Cape Town Station Technical Workshop. This encompasses all necessary planning, design, construction, and finishing activities to deliver a fully functional, upgraded workshop facility on a turnkey basis.
