It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who CIDB grading of 4CE or higher
Only tenderers who entered into Joint Ventures of the respectively required CIDB grading above and who satisfy the criteria stated in
the bid data, are also eligible to bid. are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at eSayidi FET Mthwalume at Nyangwini Village,
coordinate 300 30’13, 58” S, 30035’43,65” E on 17 May 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
