It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 7CE PE OR 8CE OR HIGHER
Only tenderers who 7CE PE OR 8CE OR HIGHER are eligible to submit tenders.

Documents may be collected during work hours after 10h00 on 25 June 2025
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,000.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A set of tender documents can be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R1000.00. Tender documents can only be obtained at the
compulsory site and information meeting which will take place at 10h00 on Wednesday, 25 JUNE 2025 at The Mossel Bay Town Hall,
101 Marsh Street, Mossel Bay Central, Mossel Bay. The fee must be deposited into the account of Zutari (Pty) Ltd. (George) at ABSA
(Hatfield), Branch Code: 335545, Account Number
406 371 8325. The reference number for confirmation of payment is: 1001661 and bid documents will be made available upon provision
of proof of payment. Electronic bills of quantities in excel format and drawings in .pdf format will be distributed to all attendees following
the meeting.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mosselbay Town Hall, 101 Marsh Street,
Mosselbay Central on 25 June 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
