The primary objective of this tender is to refurbish the Boathouse, Flammable Store, Locker Room, and Marine Access Structure at the South African Navy College Training Facilities in Gordons Bay. The project aims to upgrade and improve these facilities to meet operational and safety standards.

Contractors must have a cidb contractor grading of 4GB or higher to be eligible for submission.
