ROAD ACCIDENT FUND - HEAD OFFICE INVITES TENDERS FOR PLUMBING WORKS TO BACK-UP WATER SYSTEM AT RAF
OFFICE, HATFIELD.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SO or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are active and registered Grade 1SO or higher with the Construction Industry Development
Board (CIDB)
Only tenderers who have a valid copy of a letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner or authorized entity under
section 30 (1) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, 1993 as amended (COIDA), to comply with the
Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, Act 130 of 1993 (COIDA).
Service Provider must submit a valid copy of the letter of good standing with the Nature of Business for Building Construction or
Building or Building Services or Building Maintenance or Plumbing Services or Civil Engeneering or Civil Construction by the closing
date and time of the RFQ.
The valid proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ.
The RAF reserves the right to validate and confirm validity.
The service provider must deploy a licenced plumber who is registered with the
Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB).
The service provider must submit valid proof of registration for the plumber.
The valid proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ.
The RAF reserves the right to validate and confirm validity.

The service provider must deploy a qualified individual who will render the services.
Service Provider must submit proof for the qualified individual in a form of a Trade Test Certificate as a Plumber or a National Diploma
in Plumbing.
The proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ.
The service provider must deploy a qualified electrician who will render any electrical works.
The service provider must submit an Electrical Trade Test Certificate of an Electrician or Company or Director or Operator or Contractor
or Employee.
The proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ
