GENERATOR, VOLVO 700KVA AT RAF MENLYN BRANCH FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS WITH THIRTY (30) DAY NOTICE
OF CANCELLATION
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are active and registered for Grade 1ME or higher with the Construction Industry
Development Board (CIDB)
Only tenderers who have a valid copy of a letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner or authorized entity under
section 30 (1) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, 1993 as amended (COIDA), to comply with the
Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, Act 130 of 1993 (COIDA).
The service provider must submit a valid copy of the Letter of Good Standing for Generator Maintenance Services or Electrical or
Mechenical by the closing date and time of the RFQ.
Note: The COIDA letter of good standing must not be older then twelve (12) months.
The valid proof must be submitted by the closing date and time of the RFQ

The service provider must provide a Technician with a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Trade Test Certificate OR
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
The service provider must submit proof of qualification before the closing date and time of the RFQ.

The RFQ document with the detailed specifications will only be emailed to the service providers before the closing date of the RFQ.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 15h00 on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
