The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a contractor to provide maintenance dredging services for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) / Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF). The services aim to deepen the harbour basin and operational slipways at the Struisbaai proclaimed fishing harbour, thereby improving operational capacity and safety.

A compulsory clarification meeting will be held at Struisbaai proclaimed fishing harbour on 19 September 2025 starting at 11h00. The closing date for tender submissions is 16h00 on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted.
