It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SL or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are EME’s which are at least 51% owned by Black People who are Youth.

Municipal Utility bill or a Proof of Address by the Ward Councillor (Special KDM Format) or an Affidavit from the Landlord to confirm

In terms of Paragraph 18(j) of KwaDukuza’s SCM Policy, Only those service providers who are registered with a CIDB Grading of 1

A non-refundable tender deposit of R28.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at AT THE SCM / PROCUREMENT OFFICES
LOCATED AT 2 INDUSTRIA CRESCENT KWADUKUZA. on 27 March 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
