The primary objective of this tender is to appoint unsuccessful bidders for the provision of supervision, labour, equipment, and materials required for general building maintenance services. These services are specifically targeted at transmission substations and commercial buildings within the Northern Grid (Northwest & Limpopo) regions, for a period of 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis.
