It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have a CIDB contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
Only tenderers who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4 or higher. Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB grading
CE class of construction works.
Bidders are to note that a Functionality Assessment will be undertaken. The functionality Assessment criteria and points are as follows:
