MATZIKAMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR UPGRADING OF ROADS AND STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE
IN VREDENDAL NORTH: PHASE 6
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6CE or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R350.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Payment must be made to the cashier at Matzikama Municipality at Matzikama Municipality Supply Chain Management Unit, 37 Church
Street, Vredendal. Alternatively, the tender fee may be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the following bank account;
Matzikama Municipality, Current Account – 082451885 Standard Bank, Vredendal, Branch Code - 051001. Proof of payment must be
presented when collecting the Tender Documents. The Bid Number, together with the name of the payer, must be used as the payment
reference.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Matzikama Municipality, 37 Church Street,
Vredendal. on 21 July 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
