It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Contractors to submit bid
Only tenderers who Bids are invited from suitably qualified service providers to prepare and submit proposals to undertake the
implementation of 158 VIP SANITATION TOILETS IN WARD 12 in NTLANEZWE VILLAGE (PHASE 2) within the Alfred Nzo District
Municipality. The following gives a high level indication of activities to be undertaken;
i.Site establishment
ii.Digging of pits
iii.Construction of pit lining
iv.Installation of panels and fittings
v.Backfilling of material around the pits
vi.Completion
are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R250.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The bid documents are available at a non-refundable cost (VAT inclusive) to be collected at the supply Chain Management Office, Erf
1400 Ntsizwa Street, EMaxesibeni, 4735. Payments for Bid Documents must be done on our Municipal Offices (Revenue) at Reception
or through Bank deposit at First National Bank, Account Number 62024932974 and Branch Code 210821. All bidders are required to
attach the proof of payment receipts on their document when submitting.

on 28 September 2023 starting at 10h00.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 10h00 on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
