A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Department of Public Works: 455A King
Cetshwayo Highway Conference Centre (Dining Hall): Bid documents must be downloaded on the e-tender portal or purchased and
collected prior to the starting time of the pre-tender briefing. Hardcopy documents - A request must be made within 5 working days from
the date of the advert to [email protected] / 071 580 7124. Documents will only be issued upon request. Conditions of
tender - bidders are advised to visit the department website: www.kznworks.gov.za on 28 August 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Monday, September 11, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
