How do I download tender documents?

To respond on a tender and send in your tender/quotation, you need to use the tender documents that come with the tender. These are usually forms to fill in and lists of do’s and don’ts to follow in order to submit your tender, as well as information about where it should be sent or delivered. So in order to continue with the tender, you will need to download the documents.

If you find a tender on tenderbulletins.co.za, you can download the tender documents by scrolling down on the tender’s page and clicking on the “Download Tender Documents” button. In order to download the documents from there, you will need to register on the website as a user. The download page will show a “Login” form and a “Free Account Registration” form. If you have already registered an account, you can provide your username and password, and login. If login is successful, the page will reload and show a green block with title “Tender Documents”, and in the lower part of this green block, you will be able to click on each tender document and download it.

If you are not registered, enter your email address below the “Free Account Registration” title and click “Register”. If registration is successful, the page will reload and show the tender document download links.

If you registered before and your email address is already in our system, the registration will not be succesful and you will need to find your login details email and login with those details, or reset the password by clicking on the “Lost your password” link below the “Login” button.
