Paying for a Tender Bulletins subscription is simple, and you can choose between several payment methods depending on whether you prefer to pay by credit card, immediate EFT or normal bank transfer.
Start by selecting the Paid Tender Notification subscription package you want on the Subscription Page. During checkout, enter your billing details and select one of the available payment options.
Credit or Debit Card Payment
You can pay securely online using the PayFast payment option.
After placing your order, you will be transferred to the secure payment page where you can complete your payment using an accepted bank card.
You do not need to have a PayFast account to make a card payment.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, your order is updated automatically and your paid subscription can be activated immediately.
Instant EFT / Online Bank Payment
If you prefer to pay directly from your bank account rather than using a card, you can select the available EFT / secure bank payment option during checkout.
The payment is processed electronically and the order status is updated automatically once payment is successful. This is normally the quickest option for customers who want to pay using their bank account without waiting for a normal EFT to reflect.
Request an invoice and banking details
If your company needs an invoice before it can make payment, choose “Request Banking Details” at checkout.
The system will generate a Pro-Forma Invoice containing the Tender Bulletins banking details and send it to you by email.
You can then make a normal EFT using your Internet Banking or arrange payment through your company’s normal payment process.
When making the payment, please use the Order Number as your payment reference so that the payment can be matched to your subscription.
After making the payment, send your proof of payment to the contact details provided with the order.
Your subscription can be activated once valid proof of payment has been received. If proof of payment is not supplied, activation may be delayed until the payment reflects in the Tender Bulletins bank account.
When will my subscription become active?
For online payments such as card or secure EFT payments, activation can normally take place immediately after successful payment.
For a normal bank transfer, activation takes place once proof of payment has been received and verified, or once the payment reflects in the bank account.
Once your paid membership is active, you can configure the tender categories, locations and keywords relevant to your business and begin receiving matching tender notifications.
What about recurring monthly subscriptions?
If you select the month-to-month subscription and pay by credit card, the subscription payment is automatically charged each month until you cancel the subscription.
This means you do not have to manually place a new order every month to keep your Tender Notification service active.
Need an invoice for company approval?
If your accounts or procurement department requires a quotation or Pro-Forma Invoice before making payment, simply select Request Banking Details during checkout.
There is no need to make payment immediately. The invoice can first be submitted internally for approval, and your subscription will be activated once payment has been made.
Tip: For the fastest activation, use one of the online payment options. If paying by normal EFT, send your proof of payment as soon as the transfer has been completed.
