TC Advisory, trading as Tenacious Concepts (Pty) Ltd, is a Bloemfontein-based employment law, labour relations, HR and business compliance advisory firm serving employers across the Free State, Northern Cape and surrounding areas. Established in 2018, TC Advisory provides practical, legally sound support to businesses seeking to strengthen their employment practices, manage workplace risk and remain compliant with South African labour legislation.
Our services include HR compliance and baseline reviews, employment contracts, HR policies and documentation, labour relations advisory, disciplinary processes, CCMA and bargaining council representation, employee file and leave administration, UIF, PAYE, SDL and EMP201 administration, recruitment and staffing support, organisational design, job descriptions, salary review documentation, KPI frameworks and performance management systems.
Through our partnership with Elite OHS Academy (Pty) Ltd, a separately registered company under common ownership, we also provide QCTO-accredited occupational health and safety training and workplace safety services. These include OHS Representative training, OHS Act training, Basic and Intermediate First Aid Responder training, occupational health screening, health and safety audits, baseline risk assessments, safety policies and procedures, emergency response and evacuation planning, site safety inspections, construction safety files, legal appointments and incident investigation support.
We also provide practical OHS awareness sessions and workshops covering workplace safety induction, toolbox talks, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency evacuation and fire awareness, PPE, manual handling, ergonomics and hazardous chemical substances.
Our approach is evidence-led and focused on identifying compliance gaps, prioritising business risks, implementing practical corrective measures and equipping clients’ teams to maintain the systems put in place. We offer one-off consulting engagements, training programmes and monthly HR/OHS retainer packages.
