Nu Air (Nucleus Air (Pty) Ltd) is a Pretoria-based commercial and industrial HVAC, heat pump and refrigeration contractor operating across Gauteng, North West and Limpopo. We design, install, commission, service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial buildings, industrial plants, healthcare facilities, schools, data and comms rooms, electrical substations and plant rooms. Our core work covers VRF and VRV systems, ducted and cassette units, split and midwall units, chillers, package units, evaporative and industrial cooling, ducting and pipework installation, fresh air and extraction ventilation, and refrigeration plant. We are an appointed installer for Alliance, Midea, Samsung and Hisense, and we install and maintain commercial bulk hot water heat pumps, domestic geyser heat pumps and swimming pool heat pumps. A substantial part of our business is planned preventative maintenance. We run scheduled maintenance agreements and service level agreements with asset registers, condition reports and full digital job records, so building owners and facilities managers have a documented maintenance history for every unit on site. Our team carries over 20 years of combined industry experience. Nu Air is CIDB registered (Grade 1ME, CRS 10464629), registered on the Central Supplier Database (MAAA1705946), holds a current COIDA Letter of Good Standing, employs a SAQCC Gas registered practitioner, and carries R10 million public liability cover.
