The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and off-load two (2) modular, microprocessor-based robot controllers that meet specified technical standards and functional requirements for traffic management and control within the Newcastle Municipality.
The scope encompasses the procurement of two (2) modular controllers, including their design, manufacturing, testing, delivery to the specified address, and associated documentation. The controllers must be compatible with various vehicle detection methods, support multiple operating modes, and be configurable via Excel spreadsheets. The scope also includes providing spare parts, warranty, and technical support as detailed in the specifications.
