The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified service provider to supply and manage a Bulk SMS portal system for the Newcastle Municipality. The system aims to facilitate the sending of account balance notifications and other municipal communications via SMS to customers efficiently and reliably.
The scope includes the provision of a web-based Bulk SMS system that is accessible at any time and from any location through a designated municipal subdomain. The system must support features such as contact management, bulk messaging, scheduling, reporting, and delivery status tracking. The contract duration is for 12 months starting from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
