Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure an ambulance for Soma Newsletter, as part of the uMfolozi Municipality's service provision. Skills and Eligibility Requirements

• Submission of compulsory returnable documents: MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9), valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Pin, CSD Report or MAAA Number, and proof of municipal rates and taxes not in arrears for at least 3 months or a letter from the ward councillor.
• Quotation forms obtainable from the Supply Chain Management Unit during office hours.
• Compliance with conditions such as not being in the service of the state and adherence to procurement policies.
