The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver Section 341 and 56 infringement books, which are used for issuing traffic and bylaw-related fines. The procurement aims to ensure the municipality receives high-quality, correctly numbered, and specified books within the stipulated delivery period, supporting traffic enforcement and administrative processes.

The delivery must occur within 20 working days after receipt of the official order, to the Traffic Department at Robertson Drive, Worcester. Full specifications are detailed on pages 23 and 24 of the tender document.
