The primary objective of this tender is to appoint suitable service providers, manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors to supply and deliver lockable manhole covers and frames to Breede Valley Municipality (BVM). The contract aims to ensure the municipality's operational requirements are met by providing quality products on an as-and-when-required basis, within the capped total value of R300,000.00, until 30 June 2027.

The contract covers the procurement of specific types of manhole covers and frames, including lockable covers (e.g., Smartlock MHL-001 or similar) and polymer type 3A Beltoby covers and frames, with detailed technical specifications provided.
