Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver Till and Calculator Rolls to Breede Valley Municipality (BVM) for the period ending 30 June 2027, with a total contract cap of R300,000.00. The aim is to ensure the municipality's operational requirements are met through a reliable supply of specified thermal and calculator paper rolls, on an as-and-when-required basis, with the possibility of adjusting quantities within the budget constraints.

• Thermal rolls 76mm x 76mm (218087)
• Thermal rolls 57mm x 57mm (calculator rolls, 218080)
• Delivery to specified municipal stores, primarily the Main Store at 1 Mark Street, Worcester.
• Ensuring products meet detailed technical specifications and quality standards.
• Provision of products with compliance to specified packaging, compatibility, and shelf life requirements.
• Adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations until 30 June 2027.
