The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply, deliver, and off-load A4-sized paper with specific specifications (350gsm Munken Pure White, printed in process colours, with gold foil finishing) on an as-and-when-required basis. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of high-quality, secure paper to enhance document integrity, prevent forgery, and support municipal operations until 30 June 2026, with a transaction value up to R750,000 VAT inclusive.
