The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for the supply and delivery of asset barcodes and acid toner on an as-and-when-required basis. The contract aims to facilitate the provision of these goods efficiently until 30 June 2026 or until a transaction value of R750,000 VAT inclusive is reached.

The service provider must ensure timely delivery on an as-and-when-required basis, adhering to the specifications outlined in the bid documents.
